Bored in Beauce

I flew into Quebec city last night, a full day ahead of the rest of my team. With nothing to do and nowhere to go I’ve had a full 30hrs of being alone. Eating alone in restaurants, reading and scariest of all – I made a facebook account! Now, I have to explain a bit; I was the guy that made fun of everyone’s facebook accounts. Laughing at the time they wasted on it, and about how they were acting like a bunch of pre-teens. So I guess now I must eat my humble pie, and say you all were right, and I was wrong! I finally caved in when I realized that it really would help me contact some people I had lost touch with. I’m now finding out what happened to all my ski racing buddies from 10 years ago. Now I’ve got one more mind numbing thing to do when sitting endlessly in hotel rooms…

Tour de Beauce starts tomorrow. I can’t wait for it, I’ll try to keep the website updated as the race progresses.
