Saw the doc today for a checkup and an Xray.  The fracture seems to be healing well and Im even gonna venture on the outside bike this afternoon.  Gonna go buy some rollerblade style elbow pads first though.  Really…

    Wow! That’s awesome you’re heading outside already. Elbow pads are a good idea. The steep hikes sound like a great substitute for biking, too.
