Timmy Duggan

Timmy left the hospital last night!  He will be spending a day or two in a hotel in Athens GA before heading home. He’s feeling much better and speaking with him on the phone he seems to be a lot more in touch with reality. I’ll get him to put something up in the next couple days and let everyone know first hand how he is doing.

    Ian, thanks as usual for your updates on Timmy. Timmy, sure glad to hear that your are out of the hospital and getting better. At the Deer Trail race this last weekend (cold, hail, and wind, oh boy) there were lots of folks who were aware of your situation and everyone is thinking of you and hoping for a speedy recovery.

    Timmy, We are glad to hear that you are getting better. Hang in there injuries are difficult to deal with but provide and opportunity to keep things in perspective and come back stronger. We are thinking of you and hope to see you training up our way during your recovery.
